We could not have picked a better place to stay for our week long family vacation. Communication was fantastic. We had great emails before arriving. After checking in we left to grab some groceries. Imagine my panic when I closed and locked the door and realized my phone was inside with the door code in an email. I called the rental company (from my daughter’s phone) and they answered immediately and were able to help me get in. They were also super responsive when I had any questions. The home was amazing. We were five adults and it was important that we could all spend time relaxing after long hikes and skiing. The living room was perfect with a great sectional sofa and extra chairs. My daughter and I loved working on the puzzles that were there and we also enjoyed playing rummikub. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We cooked several meals and appreciated that there was coffee, some basic spices, and cooking oil, as well as other things. The refrigerator drawer and ice maker were wonderful. It was also so nice to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap provided. We all loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. Thank you for a great week making family memories.
