Fenced Dog Yard! K Bed, Wood Stove, Walk to Lake

Cute little place located near the Estes Park Event Center. We chose this duplex because I was a vendor at the Event Center and needed a dog-friendly place very close by—so close that we could have walked if the weather hadn’t been so cold. We stayed during below-freezing temperatures, and the house stayed nice and warm, which we really appreciated. The space worked well for our needs and was comfortable overall. The only drawbacks were minor but worth noting. The shared driveway is very narrow, and both we and the neighboring guests had large trucks. With their tow mirrors out, parking was difficult. There is street parking available, but it’s not ideal in snowy conditions but made it work. Also, for a four-day stay, we were only provided with less than half a roll of paper towels and had to purchase more. Overall, a convenient, cozy stay in a great location—especially if you’re attending events nearby. With a few small improvements, this would easily be a 5-star spot.

What a gift it was to stay in you're amazing home for our honeymoon. It was cozy, relaxing, and had the perfect energy. Everything was wonderful! We can't wait to come back!

Host was very gracious and accommodating, and responded quickly when we locked ourselves out. House was clean, has full size washer and dryer, which is always a bonus. Lots of room for everyone. Convenient location close to grocery store and far enough away from the downtown traffic (which was surprisingly busy on the weekend!).
