Property was clean and cozy, in a beautiful location right across from the Big Thompson River. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and replied promptly. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful early spring visit. The house was perfect for our needs--close to town and RMNP and we also did a lot of cooking and hanging out by the fire.
