The biggest disappointment (and there were several) was that the listing did not accurately convey the setting. The photos make the property appear much more private and scenic than it is. In reality, this is one side of a duplex with views of another duplex across a very un-scenic gulley, sitting on a very busy road. Traffic noise was loud enough to interrupt conversations while sitting outside, and headlights from passing vehicles shone into the master bedroom at night despite the window shades. The home itself was clean and functional, but at approximately 700 per night the value simply wasn’t even close to being there. The fixtures are cheap, the master king bed is worn, with deep troughs on both sides, and the supplied amenities (toilet paper, soap, and towels) were very basic. None of these would have been deal breakers at a much lower price, but combined with the misleading presentation of the location, they made the property feel significantly overpriced.Overall, this is an acceptable place to stay at a much lower price - IF you don't care about privacy, views or luxury. Prospective guests should have a more accurate understanding of the value and setting before booking.

House was wonderful, beds were very comfortable. Host was wonderful. The only thing was the listing said it had air conditioner and it didn't, but it was nice enough that we didn't need it. Also it was right next to a busy road, so it was pretty noisy, considering we had to have windows open. Overall, we were very happy with everything and would stay there again.

We loved our stay in Estes Park and this property helped make it the perfect getaway. The location to RMNP and the ability to come home to a clean and comfortable place was ideal. We enjoyed the back porch, cooking together, having a generous living space to hang out and getting great rest (comfy beds). The communication with the host was top notch! All the details on the area are well outlined with awesome recommendations for dining and activities shared. Don’t hesitate to book with them!
