Hot tub! Dogs OK! Views, near park!

Very clean, quiet nicely decorated and comfortable. The only thing I wish was different is a later check out time. They owner wanted us to start dishwasher, wanted towels washed and trash taken out. This made for a rushed morning and would have liked more time to enjoy time with family at the property. I have also never rented a VRBO so I’m guessing this was standard protocol. Check in was 4:00 pm and check out was 10:00 am.

Great communication, loved having lots of essentials provided, the stove was not working properly and they immediately had someone there to repair it. Plenty of room for our family of 6 and 1 service dog so we didn't feel squished.The kids enjoyed all the extra amenities. If i had to find one thing that could be better it would be to upgrade the kitchen cooking utensils from the wooden ones to silicone and add more of a variety such as a spatula. But every other kitchen item you could need is there! Lots of wildlife walking thru the back yard. Was exactly what I wanted for our family Christmas vacation to Estes from Central Texas!
