Hot tub! Dogs OK! Views, near park!

The house and property were great! Great location that was close enough to downtown Estes Park and to RMNP! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent stay!

Good place for a small group. The electrical door pad was not working so it took some time to get in. We ended up using the padlocked key, then we had to use one key for the rest of the weekend which was a little inconvenient for having multiple cars and people. They asked us if one key was ok, but really they should have a policy to fix important stuff like that right away. The place was clean and there was enough kitchen and living room space to accommodate 5 of us. Each having our own bed. The upstairs gets hot and opening the windows is a must for the summer. Just be aware that this means you will hear road traffic at night. As for supplies, the linens were ok, the sheets on the upstairs private bedroom need new sheets as they are pilling at the bottom, the basic kitchen supplies were decent, although we had to make a special trip for plastic wrap/bags as there is nothing to pack picnic lunch with, would recommend bringing plastic wrap, tin foil and sandwich bags. Plenty of towels for the hot tub. Not much privacy in the front or backyard. No trees around so we were looking into our back yard neighbors’ cookout for our view. The scenery beyond was beautiful. I would come back, but it’s not as secluded as the photo perceives. The shared driveway was a little tight for our two cars and their two cars, especially when they park diagonally in front of both garages. Which is both a design flaw of the driveway and inconsiderate of the neighbors. Great time overall and pleased.

We had a great multi-generational family trip! The property was beautiful had had plenty of space for the whole group.

Very clean, quiet nicely decorated and comfortable. The only thing I wish was different is a later check out time. They owner wanted us to start dishwasher, wanted towels washed and trash taken out. This made for a rushed morning and would have liked more time to enjoy time with family at the property. I have also never rented a VRBO so I’m guessing this was standard protocol. Check in was 4:00 pm and check out was 10:00 am.
