Hot tub! Dogs OK! Views, near park!

Clean property with large rooms, high ceilings, and an incredible view. The playroom attached to the kids' room was a huge hit with our 4- and 6-year-olds! The hot tub was clean and features a great view, and the fire pit was fun to spend an evening around. Overall an excellent place to stay for families with super easy access to the national park and to all the Estes Park activities, with about a 7-minute drive to the 2 parking lots downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay with plenty of kitchenware, towels, and comfortable beds. My grandkids loved the playroom and the family loved the hot tub. Thank you for your hospitality and communication.

Everything was great, with the exception of needing to wash nearly every dish before we used it because they were still visibly soiled from previous guests. The other surprise was that the play room had VERy low ceilings that even a child could not stand up straight….not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have that more accurately reflected in the photos.
